It is not possible to earn a bachelor's degree entirely through Independent and Distance Learning. But you can:</p><ul><li>Complete some of the course credits you need for your degree. </li><li>Enroll in a single course without needing to apply and be accepted to a University degree or certificate program! </li><li>Study at a time and location that is convenient for you. </li></ul><br /><br /><p>Choose from a wide selection of printed and online courses in many subjects. Many courses have an extended term, which allows you to work at your own pace for up to nine months.</p><p>Credits earned through Independent and Distance Learning are recorded on your University of Minnesota transcript and are equivalent to credits earned on campus.</p>
